All college applications are open and live as of August 1st, including UC Application.
Other than UCs, more than 900 colleges and universities use the Common App which enables students to submit numerous applications at once. The main essay prompt for Common App this year might seem familiar because the prompts have remained the same as last year. The “Additional Information” part will continue to include the COVID-19 question, which is optional.
For essay prompt, consider each question carefully to help you develop a distinct tale and highlight your achievements in your major essay. Your essays are not a place to restate what can already be found on your resumé. They are a place to give the admissions committee a chance to see you that your friends, classmates, teachers, teammates, and family know.
Here are the 2022-23 Common app Essay prompts. The Common App Essay prompts are diverse enough that they allow you to write about pretty much anything. Therefore, we encourage you to brainstorm your best stories first and then think about which question to answer.
If you have not done it already, create Common app account today and browse each part of the application to plan how you can prepare each part.
